Together we examine your current processes, main users, challenges and goals. This includes your observations on user interactions and feedback.

Defining Key Problems and Opportunities
With your input, we will jointly define starting points and opportunities in the context of technology, especially AI.

Brainstorming
In this phase, we will guide and advise you on some ideas and innovative concepts for AI.

Developing your AI Starting Point
At the end of the workshop, we will develop an AI concept for you and give you advice on the next step to launch this project.

Am Ende des Workshops werden wir ein KI-Konzept für Sie ausarbeiten und Ihnen Ratschläge für den nächsten Schritt zum Start dieses Projekts geben.
