Politik zur Informationssicherheit

Informationsverarbeitung spielt eine Schlüsselrolle für unsere Aufgabenerfüllung. Alle wesentlichen strategischen und operativen Funktionen und Aufgaben werden durch Informationstechnik (IT) maßgeblich gestützt.

Da unsere Kernkompetenz in der Entwicklung innovativer Produkte liegt, ist der Schutz dieser Informationen vor unberechtigtem Zugriff und vor unerlaubter Änderung von existenzieller Bedeutung.

Alle Mitarbeiter und die Unternehmensführung sind sich ihrer Verantwortung beim Umgang mit Informationen bewusst und unterstützen die Sicherheitsstrategie nach besten Kräften. Zur Erreichung der Informationssicherheitsziele wurde ein Rollenkonzept entwickelt.

Der Datenschutzbeauftragte berichtet in seiner Funktion direkt an die Geschäftsführung, die wiederrum genügend Mittel und Ressourcen zur Verfügung stellt, um eine umfangreiche Informationssicherheit zu gewährleisten und die Mitarbeiter entsprechend zu schulen.

Jeder Mitarbeiter sieht sich in der Verantwortung der Informationssicherheit, so werden sicherheitsrelevante Aspekte bereits frühzeitig in der Planungsphase jedes Projektes mitberücksichtigt. Sofern personenbezogene Daten betroffen sind, gilt Gleiches für den Datenschutzbeauftragten. Zudem ist die ITVT ist nach ISO 27001:2022 und ISO 27701:2019 durch den TÜV Rheinland of North America zertifiziert.

Since our core competence lies in the development of innovative products, protecting this information from unauthorized access and unauthorized modification is of vital importance.

All employees and the company management are aware of their responsibility when handling information and support the security strategy to the best of their ability. A role concept has been developed to achieve the information security objectives.

The data protection officer reports directly to the management, which in turn provides sufficient funds and resources to ensure comprehensive information security and to train employees accordingly

Every employee is responsible for information security, so security-related aspects are taken into account early on in the planning phase of each project. If personal data is involved, the same applies to the data protection officer. In addition, ITVT is certified according to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and ISO/IEC 27701:2019 by TÜV Rheinland of North America.
