SOA Server Oriented Architecture
In cooperation with the federal government and the Fraunhofer institute a webbased feature map for energy suppliers has been developed as well as 10.000 skills defined and described in the years 2006 up to 2010. The feature map displays the full spectrum of energy suppliers from buying to vending.

New research project
The experiences from the last 4 years in the SOA area have provides new research approaches. A new research project is supposed to recognize – through quasi artificial intelligence – specific motion types within the customer lifecycle, e.g. is a customer about to switch providers etc.
